What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony time to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities!

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Yes! The shuttle will be making two stops on the way to venue. The first pickup will be at 2:45pm and the second will be at 3:15pm. The pickup location will be at the back of the Tru hotel. If staying at the Hampton, do not worry the Tru hotel is a short walk across the parking lot. The shuttle will be running in 1 hour intervals, starting at 9:00pm to return guests back to the The Tru and The Hampton.

Do you have a block of rooms?

Yes! Please see the Hotels to book your stay. Please book your stay before Friday, May 21, 2026.

Is there parking available at your wedding venue?

Yes, there is a large parking lot to accommodate our guests for both the ceremony and the reception.

What's the dress code?

Our dress code is semi-formal. We can't wait to see you all dressed up!

How do I RSVP?

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Friday, April 17th 2026

What do I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you can not attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Are Kids Invited?

We love your little ones, but we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception adults-only. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a date/guest?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What are my reception dinner options?

1. Roasted chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli spears 2. Pork tenderloin with baby red potatoes and roasted asparagus 3. Garden vegetable plate *gluten and vegan friendly*

Will there be an open bar?

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

I have a question about the wedding the week of/day of the wedding. Who do I contact?
