The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.

September weather in southern Indiana is still pretty hot & humid. However, there is always a slight chance for a mild "pre-fall" day. Plan for 70-80 degree weather and always consult your weather app while packing. ;)

Short Answer: Both! The term we use for the area is "Kentuckiana" because both Louisville, Kentucky & southern Indiana (Jeffersonville) are so close together. Everywhere we will be celebrating throughout the week will either be "across the River" in KY or Jeffersonville, IN.

The ceremony will be held at the Oldham County Schools Arts Center in Crestwood. 7105 Floydsburg Road Crestwood, KY

The reception is at the Refinery SOUTH. Your GPS will take you to the North side of the venue, so please follow the signage and park at the Refinery South. 450 Missouri Ave Jeffersonville, Indiana

The closest airport to all the wedding festivities is The Louisville International Airport (SDF). Although you can fly into the Cincinnati airport and/or Indianapolis airport (potentially cheaper flight), you will have to rent a car and drive approximately 90 minutes into Louisville.

Although there is some public transportation, it is nothing like NYC or SF. However, Ubers and car rentals are easily accessible.

There won't be an official shuttle service from the ceremony to the reception. However, we encourage guests to carpool or utilize a service like Uber or Lyft. The host hotel is only 7 minutes from the reception venue.

Oh yes! Cocktail hour and dinner will be held at the Refinery South. All guests can head straight there after the ceremony.

We LOVE your children but this wedding is adults only. Please only bring those specified on your invite.

If a plus one is not indicated on your invite, we kindly ask you do not bring one to the wedding.
