Join us for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres hosted by the groom's family to welcome all guests. For guests staying at the Mont Tremblant village area, take the Cabriolet to the top of the pedestrian village and walk left to the Fairmont. Follow signs and proceed up two flights of stairs to the restaurant just behind the main lobby and bar. For guests traveling from other locations in the area, free parking is available at P1 parking area. You can then take the Cabriolet to the top of the pedestrian village and walk left to the Fairmont. P Follow signs and proceed up two flights of stairs to the restaurant right behind the main lobby and bar. Additional parking area options are available leading up to the Fairmont for a fee. Guests who wish to be dropped off or have walking limitations can go to the Fairmont main entrance. You may proceed to self parking or use the Valet service at the Fairmont for $25CAD ($18USD).

Parking is not readily available at the venue. Our complimentary shuttles will pick up guests at 3pm at the public circle at the base of the Cabriolet Gondola in Mont Tremblant Resort Village to be transported directly to the venue. If you are staying on the resort, this will be a short walk from any of the recommended area hotels. You can securely park your vehicles in resort parking P1 directly across from the shuttle pick up and drop off (https://maps.app.goo.gl/QQydCkREpsUrDBwz5?g_st=ic). Shuttles will also return guests to the same area at 9pm and 11pm. Please contact the Bride or Groom directly if you are unable to ride the shuttle, as parking at the venue is not readily available. Please note that driving under the influence in Canada is considered a federal criminal offense and we encourage a zero tolerance policy for the weekend.

In celebration, join us in an elegant, black tie formal evening, where we ask guests to come dressed in their very best! Tuxedos or black/navy suits, and gowns or tea-length or longer gowns or formal dresses will make our special day shine just that much brighter. The bridesmaids will be wearing solid dark green /emerald and jr. bridesmaids in solid blush/nude color dresses. Ceremony and reception will both be hosted at the venue. Also a reminder, October in Canada may be chilly, so come prepared for our outdoor afternoon ceremony and indoor and outdoor wedding venue evening experience.
