The ceremony will begin at promptly 4:30pm. We ask that you arrive at least 15-20 minutes to enjoy the live music and get settled to be sure you are seated in time.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting black tie optional/formal attire. The bridal party will be dressed in black tie attire, and we ask that you match the formality. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor length, midi or knee length cocktail dresses. Gentleman options include tuxedo or dark suit and tie.

Please no jeans, shorts or flip flops. Also, please avoid any variation of white/cream/ivory colors as this is reserved for the bride! Please note that the ceremony and most of the reception will be held outdoors (weather permitting), so plan accordingly.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invite as well as on the RSVP. Otherwise, we would like to keep the wedding as an intimate event for close friends and family. Thanks for understanding!

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep the ceremony and reception adult only. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

The venue offers plenty of parking on site. If you are staying at one of the hotels, there is no complimentary transportation. The Esquire Hotel is a walkable distance to the venue. We encourage ride share or car pooling from the Hampton Inn.

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" as we would like you to be as present as possible as we say I DO! We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture this moment for us. Following the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like! We can't wait to take photos with everyone following the ceremony!
