Morgan and Ryan first met in 2017 while Morgan was travel nursing in Charlotte, NC.

Fate brought them together at a bar that neither of them typically would go to. Morgan had just come from a country concert, so she was wearing cowboy boots (to a nightclub). In typical Ryan fashion, he made fun of Morgan's outfit, sparking up conversation. After spending majority of the night talking, they realized they had a lot in common, both are from Pennsylvania, and actually had mutual friends.

Over the next few months, friendship developed into romance. Their dog, Decker joined the little family in 2018. While Morgan enjoyed Charlotte, after spending two years there, she decided to move

back home to Pittsburgh while Ryan stayed in Charlotte to continue with his career in NASCAR.

Fast forward to a few years later, Morgan and Ryan reconnected in 2023. They say what is meant to be will always find a way, and it was clear that the love they shared had never truly gone away. Soon after reconnecting, they realized how much they had missed each other and that it was meant to be!

Ryan moved to Pittsburgh and they currently live together on Neville Island- along with their two dogs, (Decker and Scout), two cats (Nellie and Gus) and two chickens.

Some of their favorite activities together are boating, trying new recipes in the kitchen, house projects and spending time with friends.

Although their story started a while ago, they feel this is truly the beginning of their happily ever after!! Being able to say “I do” in Charlotte means so much to Morgan and Ryan, as it brings their love story full circle!

THE PROPOSAL 🤍

Ryan popped the question in Charlotte, NC on May 25, 2024 while both of their families were together. Naturally, the proposal took place on the boat. It was fitting as some of their favorite moments together have been on the lake.

Ryan really thought of everything when he had secret clothes packed for a surprise photo shoot immediately after and our family/friends waiting at the lake house to help them celebrate!
