The ceremony will take place outside on the lawn at the country club (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will also take place outside. The wedding reception will take place inside the ballroom. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Woodstock Club rain or shine.

No, as long as you are comfortable with Uber, Lyft, or private transportation. The airport is a 20 minute (13.5 miles) ride to the hotel. The wedding venue is a 13 minute (5.1 miles) ride from the hotel. The hotel is walking distance to coffee, restaurants, bars, convivence stores (CVS, Walgreens), TJ max and anything else you may need. A transportation service will be provided post- wedding back to the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown.

Any guests in town will be invited to spend time with the bride and groom at their favorite neighborhood bar after the rehearsal dinner. The welcome party will take place at the Dugout Bar from 7:30-9:30.

The bride and groom invite guests to hangout with them after the wedding. Guests will meet immediately following the wedding at the hotel. The wedding hotel is the Downtown Indianapolis Marriott (location information is provided under travel).

Washington St. Indianapolis, IN 46204 - 12-24 hours $35 + Fountain Square Street Parking (1 mile) street parking is available starting from 435 Virginia Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46203 traveling south on Virginia Ave. This area of downtown (our neighborhood) is free parking and a good option if you don't mind dropping your stuff off at the hotel and then talking a short walk from parking back to the hotel. This street parking is also roughly 1.5 miles from where the rehearsal dinner and welcome party will take place.
