Historic monument in the center of the city. There is an observation deck at the top of the monument but you'll have to walk lots of stairs to get to the top!

The canal walk is roughly a 2.5 mile circle. It's an awesome place for a walk or run. One end of the canal is the White River State Park where you can rent an array of bikes, quad sport or deuce coupe. Additionally on the opposite end of the canal you can rent kayaks or swan pedal boats.
