Find the RSVP tab on the website or scan the QR code included in the invitation, then fill out the questions. We ask that our guests please RSVP by May 1.

Guests may arrive to Early Mountain Vineyards as early as 5:00 pm on Saturday, June 8, 2024. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.

Black-tie optional. We ask that men wear a suit or tuxedo, and women wear a cocktail dress, evening gown, or pantsuit.

Yes. Motorcoach buses will be available to pick up guests from the hotel blocks in Charlottesville at 4:00 pm sharp. At the end of the night, there will be two rounds of buses: an early round and a later round, to accommodate different schedules. We want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable evening. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Charlottesville Albemarle Airport (CHO) is 25 minutes from the venue / 20 minutes from the hotel blocks. Dulles International Airport (IAD) is 1.5 hours from the venue / 2 hours from the hotel blocks. Richmond International Airport (RIC) is an hour and 45 minutes from the venue / an hour and 20 minutes from the hotel blocks.

The wedding venue is located in Madison, VA. We have hotel blocks for three hotels in downtown Charlottesville, VA, which is about 35 minutes away from the venue. You may also book accommodations within Madison, Ruckersville, Orange, etc. Please see our "Hotel Blocks" tab for our three hotel blocks plus a list of other available options.

We are hosting a casual, send-off brunch the morning after the wedding at Morgan's parents' house in Charlottesville to say goodbye and extend the celebration. We're excited to have the popular 'Twisted Biscuit' food truck serving breakfast. Feel free to drop by for as little or as long as you like. We hope to see you there!
