Going to the wedding:

For guests staying at the Home2Suites at 201 Monticello Ave, Charlottesville, VA 22902:

An Ambassador Limousine 30-person bus will pick up guests at 4 p.m. in the front entrance of the Home2Suites off Monticello Avenue. The bus will then pick up guests two blocks away at the Omni and will arrive at Early Mountain by 5 p.m.

For guests staying at the Residence Inn at 315 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903:

An A and A Limousine 28-person bus will pick up guests at 3:50 p.m. in the rear parking entrance of the hotel off Ridge McIntire Road. The bus will stop across the street at the Omni to pick up other passengers and will arrive at Early Mountain by 5 p.m. (Note: you can also walk across the street to the Omni to take the bus that will be loading at 4 p.m. on Water Street.)

For guests staying at the Omni AND ALL OTHER GUESTS NOT STAYING AT THESE HOTELS:

If you are not staying at the Omni, you will need to park in their lot, which you can enter off Ridge McIntire Road. An A and A Limousine 55-person bus will pick up guests at the Water Street stop outside the Omni hotel. Additionally, two buses coming from other hotels will stop by the Omni around 4:10 for pickup. The buses will all arrive at Early Mountain by 5 p.m.

Returning from the Wedding:

The wedding ceremony starts at 5:30, with cocktails from 6-7 p.m. and reception from 7 p.m. to midnight.

A bus will make an early departure from Early Mountain at 10 p.m. and will drop off at all three hotels.

At midnight, all three buses will depart Early Mountain to return guests to their respective hotels. Please return on the same bus that you arrived on.
