We ask that you do not arrive on the property any earlier than 3:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm with cocktail hour to follow. Again, unless you are asked by the Bride or the Groom, please do not arrive any earlier than 3:30pm.

While we do love your kids very much, we ask that you take a night to enjoy without them there. We are only allowing close family to bring their children as they cannot be missed in our family photos. Your children's names will be on the invite if appropriate.

The ceremony will be held outdoors starting at 4pm. Please do not arrive any earlier than 3:30pm. The reception will be in a barn that can be heated if needed.

You may bring a plus one if they are listed on your invite.

YES. We paid a lot of money for a very talented photographer and the last thing we want to see in our photos is your phone in the way. Please out of respect for the Bride, Groom, and Photographer, do not have your phone out at the ceremony. There will be an allocated time for you to take a picture once the Bride gets down the aisle.

The Bride or the Groom will let you know if you apart of family photos. Our time with our wonderful photographer is limited and we want to enjoy the night with our guests. If you would like to get a larger extended family photo, please wait until after the professional ones are taken.

There will be a designated spot for smoking away from the reception barn. There will be no smoking near or in the barn.

Yes! Please visit the travel page on the website to find hotel accommodations in Coldwater, MI. It's about a 15 min drive to the venue from the hotels.

There will be bathroom trailers for the guests to use. Only Bridal Party and parents are permitted in the lodge.

Semi-Formal. Please no jeans. Get dressed up with us but please also be comfortable. Ladies, the property is mainly grass, heels/stilettos are not recommended. While I wish I could predict the weather, please be prepared for all conditions. We are in Michigan after all.

Yes there is parking. There will be parking attendants guiding you. If you need handicap parking, please let the attendants know and they will tell you where to go. If you have a little too much fun, you must pick your car up by 9:30am the following morning.
