We have received discounted room rates at Grande Real Villa Italia and The Albatroz Hotel. However, there are many other hotel and Airbnb options in Cascais and near the venue, should you choose to stay elsewhere!
We recommend flying into Lisbon International Airport (LIS). From the airport, you can catch an Uber or train into Cascais which should take less than an hour.
The best way to get around is either by Uber or train. Uber is the fastest and most convenient. Driving in Portugal is not difficult, but parking is limited and expensive in Cascais and Sintra.
*Avoid taking taxis as the fares are much more expensive than Uber. Before the trip, we recommend downloading the Uber app on your phone.
Keep in mind dining out in large groups will be difficult because the restaurants can only accommodate a certain number of guests due to limited space. If you're planning to eat out in larger groups, we recommend reaching out to reserve a table ahead of time, and checking if the restaurant can even accommodate your party size.
We hope no one has a health scare, but should you need it, there are nearby clinics: Clínica Baía De Cascais and Lifeclinic. There are also multiple pharmacies.
