Dinner will be served buffet style. 


If your allergies or dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated with the buffet offerings, we will reach out to you prior to the wedding to ensure you are looked after.


The buffet will offer two salads, one starch option, chicken, and prime rib. 


Blocks of hotel rooms have been reserved for your convenience at two hotels.

When booking, please notify hotel staff you are booking as part of the Proctor/Wardell Wedding Block. This will ensure you get the discounted rate.

If you would like to book your accommodations as part of these reserved blocks, please ensure you do so as soon as possible. The rooms will only be saved until March 31, 2024, as this is when they are being released to the general public.
