Dinner

Dinner will be served buffet style.    If your allergies or dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated with the buffet offerings, we will reach out to you prior to the wedding to ensure you are looked after.   The buffet will offer two salads, one starch option, chicken, and prime rib.

Blocks of hotel rooms have been reserved for your convenience at two hotels. When booking, please notify hotel staff you are booking as part of the Proctor/Wardell Wedding Block. This will ensure you get the discounted rate. If you would like to book your accommodations as part of these reserved blocks, please ensure you do so as soon as possible. The rooms will only be saved until March 31, 2024, as this is when they are being released to the general public. CARDS & GIFTS

Gifts are not expected or required. Your presence is our present. If you do wish to give a gift, we will graciously accept monetary gifts, as we will put this towards the purchase of our future home & continue building our life together. Should you wish to bring a gift to the wedding shower, gift certificates towards our wedding photographer are suggested, and her information can be located under our gift registry.

TRANSPORTATION

Please enjoy this celebration responsibly - don't drink and drive. There are a number of hotels within walking distance from the venue, but there are also the following taxi companies you are able to contact at the end of the evening. Your children are important to us, but due to limited space at the venue, we respectfully have made this mainly an adult only celebration. We thank you for understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Hiking Trails

Kate Pace Way

This beautiful family-friendly hiking trail begins at the end of Cranberry Road in Callander and stretches out to Callander Bay.&nbsp;The trail branches off about halfway through, leading to a platform overlooking the Cranberry Marsh.&nbsp;With interpretive signage, benches along the way, and a gorgeous view of Callander Bay, this trail is perfect for the whole family.

Laurier Woods Conservation Area

From the HWY 11/17 junction near Seymour Street, head northwest on HWY 17. Turn right at Gormanville Road and left at College Drive. Turn left towards to Education Centre. Parking Lot 8 offers free parking on the weekends. A second access is located on Hwy 17 just past the North Bay Regional Health Centre on the North side of the highway.
