The dress code is formal. Cultural and military dress are also welcome.

By car it takes around one hour from Heathrow Airport (via the A3)

There is a direct train to Petersfield from Waterloo Station that takes around 1 hour and 20 minutes.

We recommend the Premier Inn in Petersfield which is reasonably priced and is within walking distance of the train station. Just for an additional £10 fee you can already check in from 10am, as normal check in is from after 3pm on the day. A private coach/bus will pick up guests from the Premier Inn on the day of the wedding and will also take guests back to the hotel in the evening. If you cannot book a room in the Premier Inn, we recommend booking at the Half Moon in Petersfield.

The church service will be held at St Bartholomew's Church in Rogate, Petersfield, GU31 5EA. Please arrive for 1pm.

The wedding reception will be at Southdown Manor, Petersfield, GU31 5JN. Wedding guests will travel to the reception after the church service, transport will be provided.

After the church service, a bus/coach will take us to the reception venue. The coach will do two journeys to the venue so you may have to wait if you are not in the first group. If you have driven directly to the church, we recommend that you drive your car to Southdowns Manor as it will be difficult to get back to the church after the reception (it would be very helpful if you could also offer lifts to people if you have space).

We must vacate the venue at midnight, so the wedding send-off will be at around then. If needed, there will be two opportunities to take the coach/bus back to Petersfield, one at 10pm and one after the wedding send-off. The first coach will stop at the hotel and the train station and the second will only stop at the hotel. If you would like to leave the celebration at a different time to these ones and do not have a car, please see the taxi numbers provided (we recommend you book this before the day).
