Although we attended high school together, we did not officially meet until well afterwards in 2021. The regulations from the pandemic were starting to ease up and we ran into each other out at a bar. After a few months of getting to know each other and going on dates, we became more serious. We started hanging out with each other's friends and families and found that we fit in very well. We began enjoying each other's interests such as going to Pitt games and traveling together. Within the first few months of dating, it felt like we had known each other forever and we knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together.
