We are requesting no photos or videos to be taken during the 30 minute ceremony, we want to enjoy every moment without phones, we have a photographer and videographer throughout the whole day and night to capture everything. Feel free to use your phones before and after but not during the ceremony.

The wedding day and post wedding are adults only. Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding Children can attend the pre-drinks the evening before.

We do not expect any gifts. We are grateful that you are travelling and spending this special day with us. We will have a box for wedding cards.

Ibiza is a beautiful island, stay as long as you can! We will be there for a week, likely 3 days before the wedding and 3 days after. We don't recommend flying on the actual date of the wedding, ideally latest the day before.

The wedding is in Cala Tarida, it has limited hotels. It is very close to San Antonio Bay (10mins taxi) which is where we will be staying, the area is built up much better with things to do. The pre & post wedding are also in San Antonio. Playa Den Bossa has some nice hotels and is very close to the airport, will take around 30 mins to the wedding venue.

The weather is likely to be around 25°C and the wedding is outdoors, we are allowing smart shorts for men.

We have arranged coaches after the wedding to make sure everyone gets home ok, they will leave the venue at 1am and drop off in San Antonio & the Bay. We ask you to please make your own way to the wedding within plenty of time (arrive between 4.30-5pm) Taxis can be arranged via your hotel concierge, if you are a group booking we can highly recommend http://www.ibiza-transfers.com/ which can be pre booked well in advance.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree and a bbq buffet with a selection of meat, fish, vegan dishes and salads will be served, if you have allergies or dietry requirements please inform us when you rsvp.
