Q + A

Will there be an event on Friday?

We appreciate everyone traveling and/or taking time off to celebrate our special day with us. In an effort to spend as much time as possible with you, we will be hosting a catered welcome party the night before the wedding. While we would love to see you before the big day, if you'd prefer to explore or rest, we completely understand and will see you at the ceremony! Dress code will be smart-casual.

What is the wedding dress code?

We would love for our guests to join us in black tie. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos or dark suits, while ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length attire. Please avoid hues of dark green as that is the color designated for our wedding party.

What is the location of the wedding and/or welcome party?

The address for both the wedding and the welcome party venues will be provided upon RSVP receipt.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 25 so we can finalize our guest count with vendors.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Unfortunately, we have a limited guest list. Our celebration is strictly RSVP and we will be able to accommodate only those listed on your wedding invitation.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors while our cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting).

How do I get to the wedding venue?

We suggest driving or using a ride share to get to our venue. There will be no provided transportation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

We are not reserving a hotel block; however, please see the travel tab for some hotel suggestions in the Orlando area. Don't forget that the bride can assist in booking any Walt Disney World or Universal Studios Orlando accommodations and/or park tickets. ;)

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

We are lucky enough to work with a catering company that is willing to work around dietary restrictions. Please let us know when RSVPing if you have any special dietary requests and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Where are you registered?

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have created a honeyfund for guests to be able to contribute towards our honeymoon to Hawai'i. See the honeyfund tab on our website for the direct link.
