1. PLEASE remember to arrive early enough to shuttle over to the ceremony. Ceremony begins 5:30 sharp. Do NOT forget that there will be a shuttle taking all guests to the ceremony venue. Park your car at Mills River United Methodist Church. There will be a shuttle going from 4:30-5:15 pm. PLEASE allow yourself time to use the 5 minute shuttle up the road.
2. If you were ASKED to bake a cake for us, please drop it off in MRUMC Fellowship Hall Friday, May 19.
3. PLEASE no plus ones. Please only the people specified on the envelope by your bride and groom!
4. Guests are NOT permitted to park at ceremony site. Bathroom facilities are available at the church BEFORE and AFTER ceremony.
--Dressy casual means no jeans and no t-shirts, but comfy khakis, suspenders and sundresses!!
--Be comfortable but be aware that the ceremony is outside while the reception is inside.
4:30 pm--Parking, shuttling, seating, pre-ceremony music
5:30 pm--Grandparents, Mother of Groom, Mother of Bride are escorted down to their seats
5:40 pm--Bride walks down the aisle on the arm of her father
5:45 pm--Joshua's tears, Vows, & Rings
6:30 pm--Guests head to reception spot while Bride, Groom, Wedding Party, and family take pictures
7-10 pm--DANCING, Eating, and Visiting
10:00 pm--Bride and Groom exit to sparklers
The reception is in the Fellowship Hall of Mills River UMC.
Dinner will be served.
Dances will be danced.
