Based on the rules of the venue, you can arrive at 6:00PM.

Transportation will be provided to and from the venue on March 29th. Pick up locations will be at the Marriott Courtyard Covington/Mandeville and the Southern Hotel b/n 5:30-5:40PM. For those who want to go home before the last dance, a smaller van will pick-up at the venue at 8PM AND 9PM with drop-offs at both hotels. There will be one final pick-up at 11PM from the venue back to the Marriott and the Southern Hotel. Please be specific on your transportation needs for the initial pick-up and final drop-off. We are trying to get as accurate a count as possible.

Yes. There will be one shuttle bus that will pick up guests who want to leave before the last dance at 8PM and 9PM. Drop-off locations will be the Marriott Courtyard Covington/Mandeville and the Southern Hotel.

The bride and groom have requested that all guest dress in cocktail attire.

The venue has informed us that it is possible to get an Uber and/or Lyft to the ceremony but it is next to impossible to get one to pick you up at 11PM.
