The reception is about a 15 minute drive away from the hotel.

The hotel, church, and reception venue all have plenty of free parking available.

BWI is the closest airport, which is about a 10 minute drive to the hotel. DCA and IAD are also local, within an hour drive. BWI Airport also has a train station, which serves AMTRAK trains and the MARC commuter train.

Yes, the Embassy Suites offers a complimentary shuttle to and from BWI Airport and the BWI MARC/AMTRAK Rail Station. The shuttle should be on a regular rotation to and from the airport. If you have questions, you may call the front desk at 410-850-0747.

Transportation is not provided to the church or to the venue. Please plan to arrange for your own transportation. If you do not have access to a car, there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in the area.

Our reception venue will not be able to accommodate our guests until the start of our cocktail hour. Please enjoy another activity or rest at the hotel during this break.

Yes, we will have a cash bar at the Embassy Suites from 9:30 p.m. to close following the reception. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you are welcome to come!
