While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

The dress code for our wedding is formal/black tie optional. Ladies should wear either a cocktail dress, “little black dress”, dressy separates, or formal evening gown. Gentlemen should wear a jacket and tie or a traditional suit. No jeans, sneakers, polos, or t-shirts please.

Our ceremony will take place at St. John Chrysostom Catholic Church in Wallingford and our reception will take place at Appleford Estate in Villanova.

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes to an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Our ceremony will be indoors at the church and our reception will be outdoors under a tented terrace equipped with fans. The Fieldstone Home will also be accessible during the reception and has air conditioning.

Appleford is a non-smoking property in accordance with Lower Merion Twp Code, Chap 109, Parks and Rec, Section 109-4.1. Please help us avoid a fine of $500 by not smoking on the property.

Guests will have the opportunity to check in to the hotel, relax, and/or grab a drink at one of the many establishments in downtown Conshohocken before heading to the reception at Appleford. We will have multiple shuttles running from the hotel to and from the reception. We highly encourage guests to park at the Hotel West & Main garage and utilize the shuttle service to the reception even if they are not staying at the hotel to enjoy the after party at Hook & Ladder Sky Bar. *Please DO NOT go directly to the reception at Appleford ahead of the 5pm start time*

Yes! Shuttles will be provided from Hotel West & Main & the Marriott to and from Appleford. Shuttle departure from the hotels for cocktail hour will be at 4:30 PM. The return shuttles from Appleford will be at 9:15 PM and 10 PM.

Given parking is limited at Appleford, we encourage guests to park at the Hotel West & Main garage and utilize the shuttle service to and from the reception. Please park in the garage in any available space at no charge and utilize the shuttle service to and from Appleford. Parking on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday; 7am-2am) is free! Garage entrance is on W Hector St. between Oak St. and Robinson Alley. Directions: After leaving Hotel West and Main, turn right onto W Elm St. and then at the light, turn right onto Oak St. where you will keep to the right and see the garage entrance on your right on W Hector St.

Yes! The ceremony and reception locations both have handicap parking as well.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
