FAQ

Is there a theme?

Initially, Natalie was striving for a Bridgerton-themed wedding, but would change during the planning process (it was 3 years of planning). In a nutshell, the vision can be described to be a summer garden party. So very floral with a European touch?

What's the dress code?

Please join us in dressing for the occasion. The dress code is summer formal or black-tie optional. You can go all out and wear that one outfit you thought was too fancy for any occasion. We want this wedding to be that occasion. Bring your stylish selves. We also understand that August will be extremely hot, so you can also skip the suit jacket. Also feel free to wear Vietnamese ao dais if you so wish, promise we won't be offended.

What are the wedding colors?

The colors are similar to a pink sunset. So think purples, pinks, yellows, and light oranges. Below is an example of the shades you can wear if you so choose. These colors are not required.

What are the bridesmaids wearing?

To be determined.

What are the groomsmen wearing?

To be determined.

Do you have a registry?

We're so grateful for your presence on our special day! In lieu of a gift registry, we kindly ask that any gifts be given in the form of cash, which will help us as we grow our life together. In Vietnamese tradition, money gifts are a sign of good luck and prosperity wishes from the guests.

Are kids allowed?

We love having your little ones with us today! To ensure everyone has a wonderful time, we kindly ask that you keep a close eye on your children during the reception. There is a theatre room and chaperone available at the venue if you'd like to drop them off there. The theatre room has a movie available for them to watch. Thank you for your understanding and support!

It's my first time attending a Vietnamese wedding. What can I expect?

Expect lots of food and drinks. Vietnamese weddings traditionally serve food family style with 8 courses. Please take a look at the menu tab on the website to see what food will be served. We’re committed to making our celebration enjoyable for everyone and will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. However, we kindly ask that you understand we may not be able to guarantee all specific needs. There will also be parts where Vietnamese will be spoken as well.
