The Maridon opened on May 8th, 2004. It is the only museum in the Western Pennsylvania region with a specific focus on Asian Art and Culture coupled with German Meissen porcelain. The museum — both the objects and the buildings that house them — is the gift of Mary Hulton Phillips.

Succop Nature Park's historic mansion is tastefully decorated in traditional style, with art and antiques in numerous rooms located throughout the first floor. The estate was first built in 1830 and was purchased in 1921 by T.W. Phillips Jr., the son of the founder of T.W. Phillips Gas and Oil Company.

All About Golf is a premiere year-round golf practice facility featuring 8 all-weather hitting bays, a 2000 square foot pro shop, a huge grass hitting area, lighted driving range with target nets, a practice green, sand traps, an automatic ball dispenser and an executive 9-hole golf course.
