Q + A

When and how do I RSVP?

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful. Once formal invitations are mailed to our guests, the RSVP tab on our website will open and guests will be able to search for their names and respond. We ask that you please RSVP before October 1st. After that, unfortunately any unanswered invites will be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates.

Do I have a plus one?

We would like to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, and unfortunately have limitations on how many people we can invite due to budgeting. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will also appear under your name when you RSVP through our website. We appreciate your understanding!

Are children welcome at the wedding?

We are excited to celebrate our special day with you and want to ensure that everyone has a relaxed evening. To achieve this we are requesting that our ceremony and reception are adults-only events. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to having a blast with all you grown people!

Is there a dress code?

We'd love for everyone to come in their fanciest dancing clothes. :) Please also note that we are hoping (weather permitting) to hold our ceremony outdoors. While there will be space heaters in the area, we advise bringing a jacket or coat. The ceremony will be approximately 30 minutes and the reception will take place indoors.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We encourage our guests to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony to allow yourself plenty of time to find parking and find a seat. You are welcome to arrive as early as 2:00 to walk around the venue and enjoy the views.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony or reception?

We completely understand wanting to capture a once in a lifetime event; however, during the ceremony we are asking guests to refrain from any cell phone or other technology use as we have hired professional photographers to document the day. During the reception look out for QR codes that will allow all pictures to be uploaded into a shared album!

What is parking like at the venue?

The venue has a large parking lot that is available to us for the event. We don't anticipate parking being a challenge.

What food options will be available?
