We met in 2016 at Michigan State University at the beginning of Keenan’s freshman year! Keenan found a random roommate who happened to be one of Natalie’s best childhood friends. The first time we met was outside Shaw Hall, where Natalie picked up Keenan to take him to Bed Bath and Beyond. Natalie gave him a ride so he wouldn’t have to uber and retrieve all of the items needed for his dorm room. Natalie is the second person Keenan met at MSU.

Prior to dating we spent a lot of time together as we were a part of the same friend group. We had lots of late night snacks at SnyPhi Cafeteria, did homework, attended house parties at Natalie’s sister’s house, and went to every Trainor Tailgoat and football game together.

At a party one night Keenan decided it was the right opportunity to tell Natalie how he felt about her. Natalie didn’t quite believe him and he had to call a good friend to back him up, Meghan. Keenan put the phone on speaker and said “Meghan, tell me about the girl that I like” Meghan was rather confused but then stated “Ohh you mean that blonde girl with glasses, Natalie?”

From there the rest is history… We started dating, traveled together the following summer, and never stopped going on adventures together! After graduating and living a few hours apart for a few years, we eventually moved to Dallas, TX in 2022 due to a job offer Keenan received. We have been living in the State Thomas Neighborhood ever since!

On September 23rd, 2023, Keenan proposed to Natalie back at the place where it all began - Michigan State University. We invite you to celebrate our marriage on April 12th, 2025!
