Please use one of the two links to reserve the hotel block rate by March 7th! There is another event happening downtown the same weekend and hotels are expecting to be at maximum capacity. We encourage guests to book as soon as you can to ensure you can get a room at this property at a discounted rate. If there are no rooms available, please text Natalie’s mom, Jeanne, at 248-345-8170. This most likely means the hotel needs to add more rooms to the block as they are added in small chunks. The AC Hotel and Residence Inn are in the same building, just on different floors. You may book whatever hotel is your preference. Please double check the dates to reserve for only the nights you need! If you prefer to stay at another hotel, that is totally up to you! The AC Hotel and Residence Inn are the only two we will have block rates at. Cancellation policy for the rooms is 30 days ahead of time.

There are two airport options for flying to Dallas. DFW will be the most common option and is a 30 minute drive from downtown. DAL is a second option which is about 15 minutes away from downtown. DAL is a smaller airport and only a few airlines fly in and out such as Delta, Southwest, and Alaska.
Our venue is located in downtown Dallas and will not have parking accommodations on site. The hotel blocks are at the AC Hotel and Residence Inn which are within walking distance of our venue, so there will be no need for driving the day of the wedding. For travel to and from the airport you can call an Uber quickly. If you prefer to rent a car, there will be valet parking available at the hotel. Once you are downtown, we recommend walking or Ubering to and from all stops! Ubers are usually around $10 when traveling within a few mile radius of downtown Dallas.
