Q + A

WHAT TO WEAR!

Please join us in an elevated resort-formal style. Think lightweight suits, chic cocktail dresses, and elegant fabrics that work well in warm weather. We ask that attire feels stylish and refined - no Hawaiian shirts or overly casual wear.

For anyone who likes a little color guidance, the color palette inspiration includes sage greens, mauves, clays, browns, taupes, beiges, and rich plums. You’re welcome to draw inspiration from these tones, but it’s absolutely not required—wear what makes you feel your best!

TRANSPORTATION

All guests will be flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN). To make your arrival as smooth as possible, transportation between the airport and the resort will be coordinated through our travel specialist, Sandy Patrzykont. She will arrange the shuttle to the resort.

Once you exit the Cancun International airport, please look for the Lomas representative. They will be dressed in a turquois colored shirt, white pants and white tie. They will escort you to your transportation.

CHECK IN

photo

Upon arrival to your resort, present your resort voucher to the registration desk.

Check In: 3:00 PM

Check Out: 12:00 PM

If your room is not ready upon check in, you may leave your luggage with the bell desk and enjoy the resort. We are arriving on 12.2.25 and leaving on 12.8.25.

If you are leaving the resort after check out time, you may also leave your luggage with the bell desk and utilize the resort's facilities until your transportation has arrived. Just make sure that you are checked out of the resort by noon.

CURRENCY

Bring plenty of cash, especially singles for tipping.

While the resort is all-inclusive, it's customary (and appreciated) to tip staff such as bartenders, housekeeping, and shuttle drivers.

Mexico accepts USD, there's no need to exchange your money.

HELPFUL TIPS

Pack extra sunscreen.

The sun is strong, and the sunscreen sold at the resort store tends to be much pricier than what you can bring from home.

Don't forget bug spray.

It can get a little buggy in the evenings, especially near the gardens or outdoor green spaces.

Time Zone

Costa Mujeres is on Eastern Standard Time (EST) year-round, so plan accordingly when booking excursions or airport shuttles.

Airport & Shuttles

The resort is about 40–45 minutes from Cancun International Airport. Make sure to confirm your transportation in advance.

Drinking Water

Stick to bottled or filtered water, which the resort provides in-room and at all dining venues.
