WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?
We are requesting causal - cocktail attire.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Yes, there is on site parking at the venue. If you are staying at the same hotel, or in our room block, there will be transportation to and from the venue
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM EST. Please arrive early enough to park, find a seat, and settle in. Our cocktail hour and reception will follow!
WHERE SHOULD I GO UPON ARRIVAL?
Our ceremony will be held outside under the Catalpa tree to the left of the barn. Follow the short gravel path pass the barn to the Catalpa tree.
CAN WE TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
We wil be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that all devices are silent and put away. We have hired great photographers to capture this special day and would hate to have devices blocking these moments. After the ceremony take as many pictures as you would like!
WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The ceremony will be outdoors under the Catalpa tree and the reception will be held in a barn.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes, cocktail hour and reception will have an open bar. Please DO NOT bring outside alcohol into the venue.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
If your guest's name is listed on your invitation, then absolutely!
