If you wish to book your stay within our block of rooms, please reserve your room for a discounted rate by August 3, 2025 with code BMW. A shuttle will be available to and from the venue on the wedding day.
There are several ways to reserve:
1. Call the hotel at 269 - 684 - 1446, if a recording begins, press zero for the operator and then simply ask to make a reservation within the block.
2. Call 1.800.HILTONS (1 - 800 - 445 - 8667) and let the operator make the reservation making sure you tell them Niles MICHIGAN (there are multiple Niles out there) and give the code BMW.

There will be two pick up times from Hampton Inn Niles to Hidden Vineyard. Please be in the lobby 10 minutes prior to shuttle leaving.
The first shuttle will leave at 3:10pm EST and arrive at the venue at 3:30pm EST.
The last shuttle will leave at 4:05pm EST and arrive at the venue at 4:20pm EST.
There will be two pick up times from Hidden Vineyard back to the Hampton Inn Niles. There will be an announcement prior to the bus leaving.
The first shuttle will leave at 9:45pm EST.
The last shuttle will leave at 10:50pm EST.
