Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, their name will be listed on your wedding invitation and will appear when you RSVP.

Though we love your little ones, we have decided our wedding will be an ADULTS ONLY event with the exception of our nieces and nephews in the bridal party.

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. We hope you understand.

This will be a semi-formal event. Please wear cocktail attire in fun, floral, spring colors! No jeans/denim.

Beer, wine, seltzers, and soda will be on us! Please also note that smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property.

Parking is available at the venue. All the parking spaces surrounding our venue, including those by other local businesses, are available for you to use. You can leave your car overnight, but Ledgecrest requires you to pick it up by lunch time on Sunday. If you are unable to drive, please be safe and utilize a DD, Uber, Lyft, or the Lamers shuttle if you are staying at the Aloft hotel.

We have a block reserved at Aloft Hotel in Green Bay. To reserve a room in our block of rooms you must book by March 20, 2024. We will provide a bus service from this hotel to the venue and back. We tried to pick an option that we felt would be best for most guests. That being said, there are lots of other hotels in the area to fit different budgets/experiences. Please feel free to choose another hotel if this does not work for you, but this is the only hotel we will have a bus service to and from. SEE TRAVEL PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION.
