*You can try to check into Aloft early or park your car in the parking lot to hop on the shuttle

To reserve a room in our block of rooms you must book by March 20, 2024. We will provide a bus service from this hotel to the venue and back. We tried to pick an option that we felt would be best for most guests. That being said, there are lots of other hotels in the area to fit different budgets/experiences. Please feel free to choose another hotel if this does not work for you, but this is the only hotel we will have a bus service to and from. If early check in is not available, hotel guests are able to park in the hotel parking lot in order to use the bus service from the hotel to the venue.
