The spacious and beautiful park is about 7 miles north of Moscow off of highway 95. Take caution as there is no left turn lane for those coming from the North. Google maps is accurate, but Apple Maps will misdirect you--DO NOT turn onto Hazeltine - the turn for Phillips farm is about 1/4 mile before Hazeltine. Follow the county signs for the park.
Will there be enough parking?
Car-pooling is encouraged. Please reserve the lower parking lot for friends and family who are elderly or have disabilities. No one wants to see grandma tumble down the hill. Don't you dare even laugh at the thought of it. What kind of sick mind would chuckle at the sight of a venerable senior citizen as they nosedive and roll over and over and over and over and over again. See map for details. Thank you!
Can I bring someone?
Please only bring people you live with (i.e. children, spouses, and long-term partners) unless you received a plus-one with your invite!
Can I bring my children?
Absolutely! This is a kid friendly event!
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find seating. Consider how long your commute will take.
Is this wedding outdoors?
Entirely! Aside from a tent and gazebo for the buffet and dance floor, all activities are without shelter. We do have a back-up plan (the 1912 center) in case of foul weather.
What should I wear?
Think semi-formal for late spring/early summer! Florals, bright colors, fun patterns. You won't be turned away if you're in jeans (unless you're the groom) as long as they're your *good* jeans. Average highs are 75 with evening lows of 45. We will monitor the forecast and pray for sunshine!
What should I do about accommodations?
We have rooms and special rates reserved for our guests through Fairfield Inn (see the travel tab), but feel free to find what works best for you! Airbnb and VRBO are also good options.
Will there be a restroom?
Yes, but only one! We highly recommend you go beforehand unless you want to do the pee-pee dance in a long line or squat in some trees.
