In our most humble opinion, we met in one of the best ways you could meet your spouse: at a bible study!

Nathan was one of the first people Jensine met when she moved to Charlotte and started going to Vizion. In fact, she sat right next to him at a connect group social at Camp North End in September 2022. They exchanged pleasantries, but nothing further.

Many months of bible studies and group hangouts went by until February 2023 when the group went to a trampoline park. After a long couple hours of jumping, the group of hungry young adults went to Harris Teeter to forage for snacks. Nathan picked up a wedge of brie cheese, and Jensine popped up next to him and said, "I love brie cheese," and that's when sparks started to fly. I guess you could say it's a pretty cheesy love story :)

Jensine invited Nathan to her Superbowl Party the very next day, and he arrived with, wouldn't you guess it, a wedge of brie cheese. They went to see Jesus Revolution together a few weeks later and went on their first date at Freedom Park just a couple days later. Now they know that was just the first of a lifetime of dates of hiking, exploring new cities, trying amazing food, drinking coffee, and simply being in the presence of their favorite person.
