Laura is Elizabeth's littlest sibling. She is the feisty, bubbly, and creative one in the family. She is Elizabeth's adventure buddy and best friend. She loves people really well and is a great listener and giver of advice.

Growing up 4.5 miles away from each other, Nathaniel and Jake were close friends from the start. They led youth group and small groups together. Jake is someone who will always put a smile on your face.

Kristianna (Anna) can be described as loving, devoted, and passionate. She has been an awesome older sister to Elizabeth. Anna can usually be found doing something outdoors in her free time alongside her husband, Derek, and their beautiful dog, Skye.

Blake is one of Nathaniel's closest cousins. He lived with Nathaniel back in middle school for a couple years where they wrestled together for the Hastings Raiders. He has stayed a close friend through many outdoor adventures.

Greta has been one of Elizabeth's earliest friends as they are cousins. They went to camp together growing up and were even roommates at Bible school. Whenever they are together there is always lots of laughter and fun memories involved.

Tanner and Nathaniel are birthday bros as they both share a July 3rd birthday. They met at a preview weekend for the Year on Mission at Wilderness North. They both became friends through the love for the great outdoors. They served together on the Year on Mission team in Valley City, ND.

Elizabeth met Rachel during their year of Bible school right after high school. God has blessed her with quite a gift of creativity and artistic abilities. She is such a joy to be around and pursues people with such intentionality and deep care.

Alex and Nathaniel became close friends during Year on Mission in Valley City, ND. They spent Thursday nights along with Tanner Varo doing a men's discipleship group. Alex was one of the top supporters for Nathaniel to get engaged since the relationship started.

Anne started out as a co-worker/boss to Elizabeth at Caribou Coffee and quickly became one of her closest friends. She is full of wisdom, joy, and intentionality. Anne is the best mama.

Ben is Elizabeth's younger brother. Growing up together they became pretty close. He has been a pretty great little brother. Nathaniel and Ben have bonded over their love for Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and being the only boy in a family of 3 girls.

Mel and Elizabeth got to know each other when they started working at Caribou together. But they first met when they were about 5 and in home school group together. Mel is full of joy and is always up for an adventure.

Dakota and Nathaniel became close fishing buds back in middle school. They have gone on hundreds of fishing trips and quite a few metal concerts together. They have no problem spending 12+ hours in a boat or icehouse together.

Elizabeth first met Aubrey when she was her camper during the first year of counseling at camp. They have stayed very close through the years and have built quite the friendship. Aubrey is someone who cares very deeply for people and that is definitely evident in how she invests in her nanny kids and her students at the gym.

Bailey and Nathaniel have been friends since shortly after birth. They spent many days together at Lake Rebecca in Hastings. They went to church together growing up and have served in ministry together.
