To help with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is September 1st, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand!

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, it will be specifically addressed to you through the invitations. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invites are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

While we adore your little ones, we’re keeping the guest list limited to immediate family children and children that are under 2. If your child is invited, their name will be included on the invitation. For everyone else, we hope you can enjoy a well deserved date night!

We kindly ask that you join us in having an unplugged wedding ceremony. You will have two minutes before the ceremony begins to snap a photo or two. After that, please put away phones and cameras as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like.

Yes! We kindly request all-black formal or semi-formal attire. We’d love for all our guests to match and create an elegant, cohesive look for pictures. Please don’t be the one in a yellow outfit standing out. Help make our vision come to life! Thank You!

Since the wedding is in November and we live in Texas, the weather is unpredictable! If it is nice the ceremony will be outdoors. If not, we will move the ceremony to a lovely chapel on the same property. Either way, the reception will be indoors!

Because the ceremony begins at 4 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 3:30 pm to ensure you are seated on time!

There is parking available on the property for convenience. If you plan to use a Uber or Lyft, we recommend booking a round trip ahead of time. It can be difficult to find a driver in this town at night, so planning ahead will save you any hassle!

No, it is not! Our wedding will take place at a beautiful location in Mountain Home, TX, which is about 1.5 hours northwest of San Antonio. Please plan your travel accordingly, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
