SEPTEMBER 13

HENNA NIGHT (Turkish Tradition)

GAZIANTEP, TURKIYE

Who: Immediate Family Only

Description: Sean and Nese along with Sean's parents will be traveling over to Nese's home town of Antep, arriving on the 12th of September and then celebrating with her Family and participating in a traditional Henna night on Saturday. Sunday will be spent together exploring the city where Nese grew up. On the 15th, we will be traveling to Istanbul.

SEPTEMBER 15-18

WEDDING PARTY FESTIVITIES

ISTANBUL/BESIKTAS, TURKIYE

Who: Bridal and Groom Party plus any Friends and Family Interested in Attending.

Description: This will be a chance to acclimate to the Turkish time zone, to sight see in Istanbul. The Groomsmen will also be getting fitted for custom wedding outfits and the Bridal party will be hitting spa and enjoying the city. This is an optional event for everyone involved.

SEPTEMBER 18

PRE-WEDDING PREPARATION BEGIN

BODRUM, TURKIYE

Who: Anyone with a significant role in the wedding should try to arrive in Bodrum on the 19th to get settled. The next day will be rehearsal and some other activities to prepare for the wedding.

Description: travel day.

SEPTEMBER 20

REHEARSAL DAY!

Who: Anyone with a significant role in the wedding, their plus ones and families.

Description: For those in the wedding, this day will be spent taking some pictures, going through the rehearsal, having a rehearsal dinner, last minute preparations for the wedding as well as some fun bonding activities to bring the two sets of friends/families closer together :)

For those attending but without a formal role in the wedding, this day can be an arrival day for you if you choose.

We will have shuttles to take wedding group, their spouses and families to the rehearsal dinner place.

Everyone can join to us for drinks after 9.30 pm, please don't forget your form of payment for drinks :)

SEPTEMBER 21

WEDDING DAY!

Who: EVERYONE!

Description: Wedding day!!

5.30 pm - Welcome Reception

6.30 pm - Wedding Ceremony

7pm - 8pm Cocktails and Photos

8pm - Dinner and Speeches

9pm - Celebration

SEPTEMBER 22

POST-WEDDING DAYLIGHT FESTIVITES

BEACHES AND POOLS OF BODRUM

Who: Everyone!

Description: The host hotel and the secondary hotel are both located on the beach with gorgeous pools and access to fun activities. This day will be spent recovering by the pool, swimming in the ocean and catching up with everyone.
