Recommend booking flights as early as possible. We use Kayak or Skyscanner to find cheap flights.

Singapore Airlines are the best carrier, but other options such as Vietnam Airlines, Air India and Qantas are quite good too. Avoid Malaysian airways as my experience has been quite poor with them.
