Is this website link my invitation?
No, we will send invitations separately closer to the date. Rather, this website is for all extended friends and family that want to see details of our special day, view our gift registry and access the streaming link the day of.
When do I need to RSVP by?
We would like everyone to RSVP as soon as possible, however, the deadline will be two months out from the wedding, July 20th, to have our final guest count.
Do you have a gift registry?
We have chosen to forgo a gift registry as we already have a home together and are fortunate to have everything we need. However, we have set up a honeymoon fund so we can have the trip of our dreams to celebrate our loving union. Should you want to gift us that way, any amount is appreciated! We will also have a card box at the wedding.
What should I wear?
Semi-formal dress code, blue and green colors encouraged. It will be around 85F and humid so light fabrics are suggested. Wearing something you feel comfortable in is most important. Our venue does include some walking on stairs and unpaved walkways so please wear shoes that are comfortable.
Where should I stay?
We recommend using rental services such as Airbnb or VRBO for the most flexibility in location options. Kihei is a great spot as there is a lot to do nearby, however wedding location is Haiku, so the towns nearest are Paia and Haiku/Pauwela area.
What time should I arrive?
We would like all guests to be present by 2:50pm. Please arrive no later than 3:00pm so our ceremony can start promptly at 3:15pm.
Can I bring a plus one?
We are looking forward to celebrating with all of our family and friends. If your invitation includes a plus-one, either their name or "guest" will be listed on your invitation. If your invitation does not mention a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend alone as we are having a small, intimate wedding. However, reach out personally if you have a guest you would like to bring and we will let you know if we can accommodate them.
What should the weather be like?
Maui is relatively the same temperature all year round, about 85 degrees, humid and sunny during the day and 70's at night. However, it can be unpredictable and we could get some windy weather, or small showers. We will have a covered venue to hopefully help with any of that.
Will there be alcohol?
Instead of an open bar, we will be featuring separate moments of toasts given by guests of honor. At each toast, we will be offering 2 different cocktails to enjoy with us! This is for safety reasons as our venue is far from most locations and the property is located on an ocean-side cliff.
Who should I contact if I have questions?
Please contact either Nicholas or Aliza if you have any questions!
