A. The wedding ceremony will take place on Friday, June 6th, 2025 at 3pm and the reception will begin at 5pm.

A: The ceremony will take place at Annunciation BVM Church located at 1511 S 10th St, Philadelphia, PA 19147, followed by a reception at BOK located at 1901 S 9th St, Philadelphia, PA 19148.

BOK is a short 5 blocks away from Annunciation, about a ten minute walk.

A: You can RSVP on our website under the "RSVP" section by 4/30/2025.

Yes! Annunciation BVM has an elevator accessible from the street on the right side of the church entrance. BOK has a wheelchair ramp at the building entrance and an elevator to access the cocktail hour on the 7th floor West Terrace.

Parking in Annunciation BVM's lot is first come, first served. Please contact Nick or Jamie if you require a reserved parking space due to mobility restrictions. Parking at BOK is limited to the available street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please be mindful of the parking hours on the street signs and watch out for the PPA!

A. We have reserved a room block at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penns Landing. Please request a room and mention the Shields Wedding for a discounted rate.
