Shannon went to a Creative Writing welcome at UEA and randomly chose to sit next to some guy who seemed nice enough. They got to chatting and he invited her to tag along to the soc fair and sign up for some clubs. Who was that guy, you ask? Not Nikki.

But, on the other side of that guy was Nikki, who also tagged along to soc fair.

Anyway, they were friends from there on out, especially after Nikki was the only person who knew where Shannon could go to dye her hair blue. Then they started dating and pretty much immediately moved in together. Then they got Smudge and moved to America and got engaged (although Shannon didn't realize for a couple of months that she'd apparently proposed).

And now they're just chillin'. Not sure why I chose to write this in the third person.
