This will be a June event in Kansas City so it is likely to be hot! We will have fans in the tent but please keep the time of year in mind when choosing what to wear. Our party will be pretty relaxed and is held in a backyard (think about your shoe choices here), so there is no need for formal attire, but something a little bit nicer is preferred. Think fancy casual!

We have a set wedding size so please only bring the amount of people who are included on your invite, one invite was sent per household. When completing the RSVP on our The Knot website, all people invited, including plus ones and children, will be listed.

We have a small registry on our website but please do not feel that you need to give us anything! As we have lived together for a few years, we have everything we need so anything on our list is related to our future home purchase, experiences, or honeymoon.

As we have never cared for a super fancy event, this will just be a party to celebrate our marriage! A very small ceremony will be held for immediate family earlier in the day, but you will be notified if your presence is requested there. Otherwise, please arrive at the time noted on the invite you received and our website here. Food and drink (alcohol and non-alcoholic) will also be provided starting around 6pm.

The party will be held in Dan and Karen Greig’s backyard at 13612 Scott Ave. Kearney, MO 64060. There will be plenty of room for parking on the property and signs around the area! GPS should take you there just fine so just head towards the big white tent.
