Unfortunately we can not accommodate additional guests due to limited capacity. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if you were given a plus one. If you were not given a plus one, you may ask us if you can bring someone but please do not be upset if we cannot accommodate an extra person.

As much as we love your little ones, we have to limit the amount of invites so we are only allowing children if invited. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children are invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited. We will completely understand if you cannot attend because of childcare.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue with an exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Please arrive at the venue on time. Invitation says the start time is 3pm, though the ceremony will not begin until 3:30. This will allow time for you to park, use the restroom if needed, and find your seat. Please account for traffic and time to find our venue. Once the ceremony begins, there will be no entry into the venue until cocktail hour starts.

We are wanting to hold our ceremony outdoors even during a light rain, so you may want an umbrella. If it does start to rain hard, we will move it inside.

We have hired incredible photographers and videographers to capture our special day. We kindly ask that you silence your phones and not take pictures during the ceremony. Though, you may certainly take all the pictures you want during the cocktail hour and reception.

We have some rooms blocked at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kalispell and there are several amazing Airbnb stays in the area. If you need any help figuring out where to book your stay, reach out to one of us!

We would love for our guests to dress up a little so I would go with a Semi Formal to Dressy Casual dress code. The ceremony will be held on grass so please plan accordingly. We kindly ask that you do not wear colors reserved for the bride such as whites, creams, ivories, and silvers.

Allegiant has a non-stop flight to Kalispell from Las Vegas on Thursdays/Sundays as well as a non-stop flight to Missoula on Fridays/Mondays. Kalispell is only a 2.5 hour drive from Missoula.

The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the same venue. The ceremony will be outside on a grassy area and the reception will be held in a heated barn. During cocktail hour, you will be able to walk around the property and play some outdoor games.
