Due to meal and venue restrictions, if your RSVP is not received by September 1st, 2024, there will not be a meal or chair for you at Nick and Jade’s wedding. Unfortunately, no exceptions will be made.

The ceremony starts at 3:45 pm. Please plan for a 5 minute walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site.

Due to capacity limitations, only those indicated on your invitation will be accommodated. If “Your Name and Guest” appears on the invitation, you will be able to RSVP online for your guest.

The Bride and Groom are limiting the guests to those over the age of 13 and appreciate your understanding.

There will be hors d’oeuvres served at cocktail hour with vegetarian options available. This will be followed by a multiple course, sit down dinner with Glazed Chicken, Beef Short Rib and Seasonal Vegetables. Nick and Jade are also delighted to share their personal, most anticipated part of the evening - late night food stations!! Make sure to dance up an appetite!

Absolutely! These will only be accomodated if noted on your RSVP. Please specify your restriction by choosing one of the options or writing in the allotted space on the online RSVP.

Your presence on Nick and Jade’s wedding day is the best gift they could ask for. However, if you’d like to honour them with a gift and you're looking for ideas, they have set up both a gift registry with Amazon as well as a honeymoon fund for their 2025 Honeymoon in Greece! Yes! Both the ceremony and the reception are taking place at Kortright Center for Conservation. All events will be a 2-5 minute walk from each other.

Yes. The Bride and Groom want their wedding to be an opportunity to dress up - formal wear please! This includes dark suits/pantsuits, evening gowns or cocktail dresses.

The Bride and Groom would like guests to be completely present and unplugged during the ceremony. They have hired multiple photographers and videographers to capture memories. They are happy to share them with you afterwards! Feel free to take as many photos/videos as you’d like after the ceremony.

Yes, the entire venue is wheelchair accessible.

Yes! There will be an open bar as well as table wine and signature cocktails!
