Uber is not available in Hungary.

We recommend using the Bolt app, which offers great rates (often better than traditional taxis) and is just as easy to use - especially for transport from the airport to the city centre.

Metro, tram and buses are very well connected and cheap. If you stay in the city centre, most tourist destinations are within walking distance or a few stops away.

Tickets need to be purchased in advance from machines which are available at each metro station and most tram stops.
