As much as we would love to have all the important littles in our lives there to celebrate with us, our wedding will be 21+ for both the ceremony and the reception. The only littles will be those that are in the wedding!

Both! Ceremony will be outside (given it's not raining) in the courtyard and everything else will be inside!

Yes! There will be a shuttling running from the Comfort Inn & Suites (where the room block is) to get you to and from. I am not sure about other hotels.
