We first met in 2018 at a rock climbing gym in Reno, through the UNR climbing team. After a few awkward encounters (Nick is convinced Maddy wanted nothing to do with him—Maddy firmly denies this), we became friends. Friendship quickly turned into a few dates, and before long, we realized we didn’t want to imagine life without each other.

From a tiny apartment shared with a kitten, to a condo where we added a puppy to our family (and lost our security deposit), to finally buying our first home together, we’ve built a life full of love and adventure.

We enjoy spending time outdoors with our sweet pup Gilly, trying our hands at new crafts like crocheting and knitting, and playing games with friends. We love trying new things together, finding new places to adventure, and supporting one another through our different endeavors in life.
