Nick and Virginia met at The Montage in Laguna Beach. He was the Sous Chef for The Loft and she was the Expediter. They hit it off as friends instantly. Nick automatically knew that the way to Virginia's heart was through her stomach, and would give her slices of pear as he was prepping and she would give him gummy bears in kind. However, this would not be the start of their romance. This, instead, would be the start of their friendship. Virginia would soon leave for England, and lived there for a year. They would occasionally talk throughout that year, but as fate would have it, when Virginia returned after the year to continue her education she decided to reach out to him to give him her new phone number. That is when he asked her out for a drink to catch up. What started as two old coworkers and friends getting drinks turned into something so much more incredible. Virginia likes to say that she always knew she wanted Nick in her life she just didn’t know how. It just took a little longer for her to figure out that out. Even though Virginia was in a very grueling program in Los Angeles, and Nick worked up to 14 hour days at The Montage they were still able to find time to see each other. Their love was built on a foundation of trust, understanding, and communication. This has shown to make their love for each other grow more and more each day, and they cannot wait to say their "I Do's" in front of everyone that they love and admire.
