Wedding Day

We are so excited to have you join us to celebrate our wedding day!


Prior to the ceremony please join us for refreshments and lawn games starting around 3:30pm.


Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.


Cocktails, reception, and more fun to follow!

1st Yellow School bus:

Will pick up guest in the Saugerties area at the

Holiday Inn Express, 2777 NY-32, Saugerties, NY 12477

Arrives on the Wedding property at around 3:15pm

Arrives on the Wedding property at around 4:30pm


*Ceremony will start around 4:30pm so please try and take the earlier shuttle. Space limited to 43 passengers per ride. You can try and park at the hotels but parking is not guaranteed. If you miss the shuttles, please take an Uber/Lyft to the property.


There is very limited space for parking so please contact us before planning on driving/parking there. If you arrive unplanned, we may have to ask you to leave and Uber back. No parking at the Marbletown Inn restaurant that is directly outside of the wedding property. You may be towed.


Return shuttles will depart the property at: 9:30pm, 10:30pm, and 11:30pm. There is also some cellphone reception so you may call an Uber/Lyft if you need to leave the property earlier.

For attire:

Suits are welcomed but not required. Short sleeve or long, button down shirts and nice shorts or pants will be fine. Just no jeans please. Feel free to bring a change of clothes if you wish to wear a suit for pictures and then change out. We will provide a changing area.


Remember it is all outdoors so wedges, platform shoes, block heels, dressy sandals or every fun sneakers are recommended for the ladies. Sun hats may also be helpful! There will be a large tent with the tables, chairs, and a dance floor to provide shade but there will be some activities available that are out in the sun. There is also a large creek running through the back of the property so if you would like to take a dip, feel free to bring a bathing suit.
