The wine

Gouveia has over a dozen wines with seasonal options and specialty selections. Guests can sample four pre-selected wines and one of their choice from the wine list during wine tastings. The wine list includes: Chardonnay Oak and Steel, Pinot Grigio and Noir, Traminette, Seyval Blanc, Whirlwind Rosé, Cayuga White, Stone House White and Red, Muscat, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel and Sunset Red.

Specialty and seasonal wines

Currently the Chocolate Epiphany Reserve, estate-grown Frontenac, is limited edition. The chocolate-flavored wine is made with the vineyard’s Port-style wine. Sangra is another dessert wine offered through the spring and summer months. The house-made Sangria is made with Rosé and loaded with seasonal fruit.
