To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children younger than 14.

As we have been living together for a while, and have been out on our own for even longer, the registry is a little hard to come up with. We are both adults with full time jobs, if we ever find we need something we tend to just buy it ourselves. Yes, this makes things hard especially for holidays, birthdays, and any other gift giving event to provide a list of things we want for one another. So imagine how tricky it is for us to come up with a list of registry items. Then we both have our preferences, for example Steven is particular about his cookware and knives, I don’t care as long as I have something to use. We tend to do experiences for ourselves that we can enjoy together with the occasional item that made us think of the other or something the specifically asked for that wasn’t a “right this moment” need. We do have a couple items that aren’t a necessity on a registry here on the knot and through Amazon. However, on the knot registry we also have a few cash gift options to go towards our honeymoon and experiences we would enjoy.

We’ve lived together for quite a while, with all our pots and pans,

As we don’t need homely gifts we have another plan!

We know it’s not traditional, and not the way it’s done,

But rather than a wedding list, we’d like a bit of sun!
